Kingsland Lakehouse

This lakefront home, which served as an investment property and rental for a decade, was a hidden gem. It has undergone an exhilarating year-long transformation, and in the end, it was so worth it.

Featuring 7 bedrooms and 9.5 bathrooms, we embarked on a complete remodel and furnished the entire home from scratch. Each bathroom was remodeled to complement the bedroom décor.

The highlight of the transformation was the addition of a state-of-the-art theater room above the garage. This impressive space also includes a fully functional kitchen, a cozy sleeping area, and a game table section.

To enhance functionality and privacy, we creatively closed off the vaulted entryway, transforming it into an office space with metal and glass doors.

Nestled by the lake, this property is a true oasis of tranquility and modern luxury. Our goal was to achieve a light and airy aesthetic with soothing neutrals, blues, and greens.
